| Weld Monitoring - The portable ADM4 tests actual welding parameters data and compares it to upper and lower control limits for each weld setting. When a out of setting fault condition occurs, the
ADM4 sends a signal to a internal alarm relay, which can be used to shut down the welding system process or activate an external alarm.
Welding Quality Data Logging. This mode is for weld quality data collection only. Welding parameter data can be sent to an external printer for paper chart printout and fault analysis to a compatible personal computer for a large batch of information using
ADMSTAT Plus software for welding quality information storage and analysis.
Welding Data Logger represents leading edge technology in arc welding data collection and logging. The micro-controller based weld data acquisition system provides a means of mearing and documenting all basic welding parameters when used with external IBM compatible printer or Computer.
Welding Inert Gas Flow Monitor measures flow rates of weld gasses. The monitor can be used for Argon, Helium, CO2 or any mixed inert welding gas.
A flow rate (5 to 255 SCFH) is digitally displayed with a 1 SCFH resolution. The accuracy if the 1% of full scale reading in the control monitor is far better than ball type flow meters.
The Control can be install in-line down stream of the gas regulator for permanent installations. The unit is also available in a battery powered configuration with a rubber cone for testing gas flow at the welding torch nozzle. |
