Weld Plus Inc. has a recently expanded it inventory of Pandjiris and Aronson welding positioners and other welding positioning equipment and related machinery. Reconditioned used brands of weld positioners, head manipulators, rotators, tank turning rolls, weld seamers, welding columns and booms are available with capacities ranging from 100lbs. to 800 tons and tank and pipe diameters ranging from 1/2 inch to any size or thickness of parts to fit your needs and specifications. These units can manipulate and position the work piece to enable welding to be carried out in the optimum orientation and therefore produce welds of the highest quality. Also welding positioners can be integrated with robotic automatic welding equipment so that the welding time is improved. If large, heavy objects need to be held at an angle and rotated, the  two-axis weld positioners are ideal. Angle and speed of rotation are both adjustable manually, or units can be motorized. The geared elevation weld positioners can be used to lift, tilt and rotate work pieces. All three axes are fully adjustable and all functions can be controlled remotely. Pipe and Tank Turning Rolls, pipe roller beds are available in conventional or self-aligning designs to suit different welding applications. As with the weld positioners, the tank turning rolls can be integrated with other welding equipment and can be used in conjunction with weld head manipulators, welding mast columns and booms. Tank turning rolls and roller beds can be self-aligning and ideal for difficult work diameter tanks and pipe.
